Real project
Rhal.eg was a men’s fashion e-commerce project where I worked directly on the growth side: product positioning, pricing, offers, creative direction, product page thinking, Meta Ads growth and performance analysis.
I helped shape how the products were presented, built offer ideas, planned creative angles, reviewed the buying journey, managed Meta Ads activity and read performance to decide what should be pushed, fixed, stopped or scaled.
The project proved that scaling is not just about increasing budget. The offer, creative, landing page and customer trust all need to work together before more spend can create better results.
